REFUND- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations are accepted up to eight days prior to the camp starting date. A full refund less a $50 administration fee will be processed in this case.
- Within one week prior to camp starting a full refund less a combined $100 cancellation and administration fee will be offered, only if the booking is filled by another person. It is not guaranteed that Kiah Park Horse Riding Camp will be able to fill the booking spot at late notice and therefore the person holding the booking will not receive a refund. Alternatively, the person holding the booking may also sell or gift the camp booking to another child who falls in the camp’s age bracket requirements, and definitely has the same or greater riding ability.
- If within one week prior to camp starting the child has a medical condition or government mandated restriction as their reason not to attend camp, Kiah Park Horse Riding Camp will equally share the financial loss, offering a 50% refund once a medical certificate or proof is presented. ‘IF’ Kiah Park Horse Riding Camp can find a replacement booking, a full refund less a $50 administration fee will be offered. Alternatively, the person holding the booking may also sell or gift the camp booking to another child who falls in the camp’s age bracket requirements and definitely has the same or greater riding ability.
